51:1-100. Separate violations The use, ownership or possession of each separate weight, measure, container or commodity in package form in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed as separate violations thereof. Amended by L. 1986, c. 167, s. 15, eff. Dec. 3, 1986.
