51:1-114. License and registration to engage in business It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of selling, trading-in, receiving, installing or repairing condemned, rebuilt or used weighing or measuring devices in this State without first obtaining from the State Superintendent of Weights and Measures a license and registration to so engage in any said business.
