51:1-117. Conduct of examinations Examinations shall be conducted by the State Superintendent of Weights and Measures, his duly authorized assistants, or by any competent weights and measures officer or officers of this State, whom the said State Superintendent of Weights and Measures may designate or assign to conduct such examinations.
