51:1-130. Enforcement of Act The State Superintendent of Weights and Measures, his duly authorized assistants and inspectors, county and assistant county superintendents of weights and measures and inspectors, and municipal and assistant municipal superintendents of weights and measures and inspectors, are hereby charged with the enforcement of this act.
