51:1-133. Exceptions to application of Act The provisions of this act shall not be applicable to any person or to a bona fide employee solely and exclusively employed by such person, who repairs or installs any weighing or measuring device owned, operated or used by the said person in connection with his business in the sale of commodities in trade and commerce in the State of New Jersey.
