§ 51-1-89

51:1-89. General penalty Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a specific penalty has not been provided shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $100.00. Amended by L.1969, c. 251, s. 21, eff. Jan. 7, 1970.
