51:1-94. Retention of false weights, etc.; misdemeanor Any person who shall retain in his possession any weight, measure or container, knowing it to be false, unless it appears beyond a reasonable doubt that it was so retained without intent to use it to defraud or permit it to be so used, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
