§ 51-1-99-1

51:1-99.1. Prior violations not included No conviction of a violation of Title 51 of the Revised Statutes prior to the effective date of this 1986 amendatory and supplementary act shall be considered for the purpose of assessing a penalty for a second or subsequent offense pursuant to R.S. 51:1-29, R.S. 51:1-91, R.S. 51:1-96, or R.S. 51:1-97.
