License to sell from vehicle No person shall canvass or solicit for the sale of, or sell, offer or expose for sale, directly from a vehicle of any kind, soil amendments for use on lawns, gardens or landscaping of any kind, unless he is licensed to do so by the superintendent who shall require a separate license for each vehicle so used.
