§ 51-4-31

51:4-31. Rules, regulations or orders The superintendent is authorized to establish and promulgate such rules, regulations or orders as he may deem necessary to implement the enforcement or administration of this act. L.1968, c. 222, s. 9, approved July 30, 1968.
