51:4-36. Legal proceedings or processes The superintendent is empowered to institute, or cause to be instituted such legal proceedings or processes as may be necessary to enforce and give effect to any of his powers and duties as prescribed in this act. L.1968, c. 222, s. 14, approved July 30, 1968.
