51:4-9.2. Rules and regulations The State Superintendent of Weights and Measures in the Division of Consumer Affairs, Department of Law and Public Safety, shall adopt, pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this act.
