51:9-18. Arrest without warrant 51:9-18. Any police officer, or weights and measures official is hereby authorized to arrest, without warrant, any person violating, in the presence of such police officer, or weights and measures official any of the provisions of this chapter, and to bring the defendant before the Superior Court or a municipal court in the county where such offense is committed.
