§ 52-14b-17

52:14B-17. 'Small business' defined As used in this act, 'small business' means any business which is resident in this State, independently owned and operated and not dominant in its field, and which employs fewer than 100 full-time employees. L. 1986, c. 169, s. 2, eff. Dec. 4, 1986.
