52:14D-4. Transfer of appropriations, grants and other moneys All appropriations, grants and other moneys available and to become available to the agency, are transferred to the agency to which the functions, powers and duties are transferred and shall be available for the objects and purposes for which appropriated, subject to any terms, restrictions, limitations or other requirements imposed by State or Federal law.
