52:14D-5. Transfer of employees The employees of the agency are transferred to the agency to which such functions, powers and duties are transferred. The transfer of employees shall not deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any right or protection provided him by Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, Civil Service, or any pension law or retirement system.
