52:14D-7. Effect on actions or proceedings by or against agency; effect on order, recommendation or proceeding of agency The transfer shall not affect actions or proceedings, civil or criminal, brought by or against the agency; nor shall the transfer affect any order or recommendation made by, or other matters or proceedings before the agency.
