52:14E-10. Additional and supplemental provisions The provisions of this act shall be deemed to be additional and supplemental to any existing authority to provide emergency relief and shall not be deemed to be in derogation of any such existing authority. L.1972, c. 133, s. 10, eff. Aug. 17, 1972.
