52:14E-6. Administration; deposit of funds; investment The fund shall be administered by the State Treasurer. All moneys appropriated for, earned by or otherwise made available to the fund shall be deposited to the credit of the fund in such depositories as he may select and shall be held unless otherwise provided by law for the purposes of this act. Such portions of the fund as are not required for immediate disbursement to carry out the provisions of this act may be invested and reinvested in the manner provided for by law in the trust funds in the State Treasury.
