52:14F-20 Filing fees in Smart Growth Unit. 17. The Office of Administrative Law shall have authority to establish filing fees, payable by the applicant, necessary to administer the Smart Growth Unit, including the direct and indirect costs for personnel, operating expenses, equipment and activities of the Smart Growth Unit.
