52:16A-118 Annual reports. 7. The Division of the State Museum shall submit an annual report of its activities through the Department of State to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature on or before November 1 of each year. Such report shall contain at a minimum the annual financial statements of the museum for the fiscal year ending the preceding June 30. L.2015, c.81, s.7.
