Remaining powers and duties of attorney general The powers and duties of the Attorney General with respect to the enforcement of the criminal laws of the State shall be the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred upon or required of the Attorney General, either by the Constitution or by the common or statutory law of the State, and as specifically but not exclusively detailed in this act.
