52:17B-116. Repealer N.J.S. 2A:158-14, sections 5 and 15 of P.L.1944, chapter 20 (C. 52:17A-5, C. 52:17A-15) and all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with any of the provisions of this act are, to the extent of such inconsistency, superseded and repealed. L.1970, c. 74, s. 22, eff. May 21, 1970.
