52:17B-171.6 Establishment, maintenance of Statewide database of screenings. 7. The Juvenile Justice Commission, in conjunction with the Department of Children and Families, shall establish and maintain a confidential Statewide database of the suicide risk screenings required by section 2 of this act and the mental health screenings required by section 3 of this act to be used exclusively by persons performing suicide risk and mental health screenings.
