Department of Motor Vehicles constituted the Division of Motor Vehicles The Department of Motor Vehicles, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is continued, but such department is hereby transferred to and constituted the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety established hereunder.
