Organization of existing Department of Motor Vehicles continued Except as otherwise provided herein or as may be changed pursuant to authorization contained herein or in any other law, the organization of the existing Department of Motor Vehicles is continued as the organization of the Division of Motor Vehicles established hereunder; provided, however , that any person appointed, pursuant to law, as a deputy in such division shall hereafter be known and designated as deputy director of motor vehicles.
