52:17B-232 Personnel performance information system. 11. The Division of State Police shall maintain a personnel performance information system that meets or exceeds the specifications of the system in place upon termination of the consent decree. Funding for the purposes of maintaining, upgrading or modifying such systems shall be requested in the annual appropriations of the Department of Law and Public Safety independent of and in addition to any other requested funding.
