Boards within Division of Professional Boards; powers and duties Subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth, each of the respective boards within the Division of Professional Boards established hereunder shall continue to have all of the powers and shall exercise all of the functions and duties vested in, or imposed upon, it by law.
