52:17B-41.6a. Continuing education to qualify for license renewal The board may require all ophthalmic dispensers now or hereafter licensed in this State to take board-approved courses of study relating to the practice of the profession of opticianry or to maintain proficiency in some other alternative manner to be prescribed and established by the board in order to qualify for license renewal.
