§ 52-17b-45

52:17B-45. Orders, rules and regulations not affected This act shall not affect the orders, rules and regulations heretofore made or promulgated by any department, officer or agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Department of Law and Public Safety or to any officer or agency designated, continued or constituted hereunder; but such orders, rules and regulations shall continue with full force and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
