52:17B-75. Reimbursement for expenses 10. The members of the commission shall receive no salary but all members except those designated in subsection c. of section 5 of this act shall be reimbursed for their reasonable expenses lawfully incurred in the performance of their official functions. The members of the commission who are employed by the State, a county, a municipality or any State, county, or local governmental entity shall not be subject to loss of pay or accrued time due to attending commission meetings or otherwise performing the official commission functions.
