52:18A-157. Transfer of files, records, etc. All files, books, papers, records, equipment and other property of any division, office or other agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Division of Building and Construction, shall upon the effective date of this act be transferred to the Division of Building and Construction.
