52:18A-158. Effect upon prior orders, rules, regulations This act shall not affect orders, rules and regulations heretofore made or promulgated by any division, office or other agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Division of Building and Construction; but such orders, rules and regulations shall continue with full force and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
