52:18A-173. Deferred salary clearing fund and other funds The State Treasurer is hereby authorized to establish, on behalf of the board, a deferred salary clearing fund in the State Treasury in which shall be placed temporarily all compensation deferred and deducted in accordance with this act and the plan, and may establish such other funds within the Division of Investment as may be appropriate.
