52:18A-183. Organization; employees The administrator shall organize the work of the administration in organizational units as he deems necessary for effective and efficient operation. The Treasurer, after consultation with the administrator, shall assign to the administration those employees of the department as may be necessary to assist the administrator in the performance of his duties.
