Transfer of functions, powers, and duties of state bureau for surplus property from division of field services, state department of education to division of purchase and property in department of treasury The State Bureau for Surplus Property, in the Division of Field Services, State Department of Education, together with its functions, powers and duties, is hereby transferred to the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury.
