52:18A-232 New Jersey Information Technology Project Review Board. 14. a. There is established the New Jersey Information Technology Project Review Board. b. The Project Review Board shall report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and shall be comprised of between three and five Executive Branch officials, selected by the Governor. c. The Project Review Board shall be responsible for the review, approval, and monitoring of large-scale information technology projects in the Executive Branch of State Government. d. The Project Review Board shall meet at the discretion of the Chief Technology Officer or the Governor, and shall convene meetings and hearings at the times and in the places as a majority of the members of the board shall decide. e. The Office of Information Technology shall provide such stenographic, clerical, and other administrative assistants, and such professional staff, as the Project Review Board requires to carry out its work. The board shall be entitled to call to its assistance, and avail itself of the services of, the employees of any State, county, or municipal department, board, bureau, commission, or agency as it may require and as may be available for to its assistance, and avail itself of the services of, the employees of any State, county, or municipal department, board, bureau, commission, or agency as it may require and as may be available for its purposes. f. The Governor shall define the extent of large-scale information technology projects and establish a monetary threshold for information technology projects requiring the review and approval of the Project Review Board.
