52:18A-247 New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation abolished, transfer to New Jersey Schools Development Authority, references in law. 13. a. The New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation established pursuant to section 16 of P.L.1997, c.150 (C.34:1B-159) and Executive Order No. 24 of 2002 is abolished and all its functions, powers, duties, and employees are transferred to the New Jersey Schools Development Authority in, but not of, the Department of the Treasury. b. Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation, the same shall mean and refer to the New Jersey Schools Development Authority in, but not of, the Department of the Treasury. c.
