52:18A-261 Construction of act. 9. Nothing in this act shall in any way be construed to alter, limit or repeal any authority of any State entity to enter into public-private partnership agreements as otherwise provided by law, including but not limited to P.L.1997, c.136 (C.27:1D-1 et seq.) or subsection x. of section 5 of P.L.1979. c.150 (C.27:25-5).
