52:18A-36. Removal of director; vacancies The director of any division in the Department of the Treasury may be removed from office by the Governor, for cause, upon notice and opportunity to be heard. Any vacancy occurring in the office of director of any division in the department shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. L.1948, c. 92, p. 524, s. 36.
