52:18A-45. Terms of office expiring on effective date The term of office of the present State Commissioner of Taxation and Finance shall expire on the effective date of this act. The term of office of the present State Director of the United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company shall expire on the effective date of this act. L.1948, c. 92, p. 527, s. 45.
