52:27B-12. Bureau of the Budget There is hereby established in the Division of Budget and Accounting the Bureau of the Budget. The commissioner, through the Bureau of the Budget, shall carry into effect and execute the formulation of the annual budget submitted by the Governor to the Legislature and shall control the execution of the budget through a system of allotments by work programs.
