52:27B-23. Copies of budget message to be distributed The commissioner shall cause copies of the budget message to be printed forthwith and a copy thereof shall be presented to each member of the Legislature, public libraries in the State and each newspaper in the State, and shall be available for distribution to any citizen on request.
