Keys for use in locks in or on real property leased or owned by state; rules and regulations The Department of the Treasury shall establish rules and regulations governing the use, distribution, manufacture, duplication, and possession of keys designed to be used in locks in or on real property leased or owned by the State and under its jurisdiction.
