52:27B-7. Transfer of personnel The commissioner may, in consultation with the heads of other departments or branches of the State Government, and subject to section six, article eight, of this act, arrange for the interdepartmental and intradepartmental transfer of personnel with a view to the greatest possible efficiency of departmental operations.
