52:27B-73. Powers and duties The powers and duties of the Local Government Board shall be the same as heretofore, and the powers and duties of the director shall be the same as those heretofore vested in the Commissioner of Local Government, except that the board and the director shall be under the general supervisory authority of the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance.
