52:27B-79. Transfer of employees to Department of Taxation and Finance All persons employed, when this act takes effect, in a department or other agency which is transferred, or whose powers, duties and functions are transferred, to the Department of Taxation and Finance by this act are hereby transferred to the Department of Taxation and Finance. Persons so transferred shall be assigned to such duties as the commissioner shall determine. L.1944, c. 112, art. 8, p. 313, s. 5.
