52:27B-81. Transfer of files, etc., to Department of Taxation and Finance All files, books, papers, records, equipment and other property of departments or other agencies which are transferred to the Department of Taxation and Finance by this act shall, to the extent that the powers and duties of such departments or other agencies are herein transferred, be transferred to the Department of Taxation and Finance upon the effective date of this act.
