52:27BB-17. Enforcement of process If a person subpoenaed or ordered under the provisions of section sixteen fails to obey the subpoena, submit to examination, answer legal and pertinent questions, or produce books, papers, accounts or other documents when ordered, the director may apply to the Superior Court to compel the person to comply forthwith with the subpoena or order.
