52:27BBB-77 Rules, regulations. 12. The corporation may adopt any rule and regulation to effectuate the purposes of this act and, if it does so, shall apply the procedures of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), with respect thereto. L.2003,c.120,s.12.
